Vance Richard Obituary

Vance Ray Richard, 39, passed away on July 11, 2026. He was born on August 24, 1986 to his parents, Kevin Richard and Debi Moore, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Vance will be remembered by his children, Braelyn and Zaiden Richard, his wife Shelby Whelan and a host of other family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at 2217 E. Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
