Scott Gregory Craig 

December 31, 1970 – June 9, 2024 

Scott was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida.  Following graduation, he served in the Marine Corps.  He enjoyed living in Florida, Texas and eventually in Colorado. 

During his working years, he was employed as a surveyor assistant.  The last twenty years of his life he suffered many illnesses that eventually took his life.  His greatest joys were his children and pets.  His hobbies during the good times included playing poker and fishing.  He was an excellent chef and enjoyed cooking/grilling for the family. 

If Scott could have seen himself as others saw him, he would have known what a truly good person he was.  He was a caring son, a loving father and a man of character – all the things that would make any parent feel lucky and proud.  He was loved more than he could have ever imagined. 

He will be incredibly missed by his parents, Bill and Geni Rackey and his children, Kirstyn Craig and Reagan Craig, various aunts/uncles and friends.
