Robert Donald Witkowski

Robert Donald Witkowski II, 63, passed away on March 7, 2023 after a 3 1/2 year battle with cancer.

Known as Bob to friends and family, he was an avid woodworker in his spare time.
Bob started his career at American Buildings Company (Marathon Metallic) in 1977. Bob then moved on to work at Steel Built, Ambridge, PA and then ended his career in the metal building industry at Armstrong Steel, Denver, CO. Bob worked for 46 years in the metal building industry.
Bob married the love of a lifetime, Sue, on August 15, 1992. They enjoyed 30 years together before God called him home.

Bob was a man you instantly loved and respected upon meeting him. Bob always gave selflessly to anyone. Bob loved to joke and make people laugh, you could always expect a funny response along with the famous 'Bob grin'.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Witkowski I.

Bob is survived by his wife, Sue Witkowski; Sons: Chad (Anna Legner) Witkowski, Billy (Patrice) Davis; Daughters: Melissa (Tim) Ester, Dawn Davis; Grandkids: Christina, Brittany, Abbey, TJ, Skyler, Baily, Brylee, Avah, Tristan, Camille, Izzy, William, Nicholas, Kellan, Layla, Meryn; Great Grandchildren: Brooklyn and Ayla; Sisters: Kathy Knoll, Paula (Brian) Porter; Brother: Kevin Witkowski.

Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Celebration of Life will be scheduled this spring in Elizabeth, CO and El Paso, IL.
