Robert J Scott, age 85, passed away at home on May23,2025 after a 5 year battle with cancer. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 12, 1939. Survived by best friend and wife of over 43 years Debra; cherished brother of William Scott (Linda), Elizabeth Dietrich (John) and much loved brother-in-law to Diane Polewka-Mitchell (Micah), David Polewka and Duane Polewka.

Retired from the City of Milwaukee Bureau of Engineers/Water Department in 1996. Sold his 1978 TransAm, bought a pickup truck and came out west with Debra to explore. He was fascinated by so many things but especially geology and was always picking up rocks. He loved airplanes and would stop and look up whenever one flew over so that he could identify it. He was fearless when it came to driving and liked to say "I wonder where that road goes?" , then find out. He loved fast vehicles and rooting for the Chicago Cubs. He was forever planting trees and flowers. He was fond of the color yellow and thought the letter K was magical !

In Milwaukee, the roses would bloom on his birthday.

Bob was dearly loved and will be missed. May he rest in peace.
