Robert Anaradian Obituary

Robert "Bob" Anaradian was born in East Los Angeles, CA May 31, 1945, the youngest of three sons. He graduated from Mark Keppel High School, then earned his degree in Medical Technology from Cal State L.A. While working in the laboratory at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, Robert met Joanna Cooke who would soon become his wife. They married in September 1970, then moved to Montebello, CA where they raised two children.

In 1991 they relocated to Colorado Springs, finally settling in Monument in 2003 where they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary together.

Here in Colorado, Robert worked at St. Francis Hospital as a Medical technologist. Later he began his second career as a help desk consultant with HP, before retiring in 2010.

Bob had a knack for electronics, taking up hobbies like CB and ham, radio's which he would enjoy finding out how far his voice could travel, or the faraway places he could hear. Movies were always a favorite pastime, and he even talked his family into waiting in line to see Star Wars at the Grauman Chinese Theatre in Hollywood when it opened in 1977.

Bob is predeceased by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his devoted wife, Joanna, their two children, four grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Joanna and Bob would like you to listen to the song "Goodbye" by Kenny Rogers. The link in below.
