Richard Byron Hubbard Obituary

Rich, 60, of Washington D.C., passed away on March 28, 2024, in Colorado Springs, CO. Rich, a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend, was born on July 2, 1963. He was known for his kindness, passion, and sense of humor.

 

Rich served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Following his military career, he and his wife, Rose, owned and operated a Signarama franchise. Rich was dedicated to everything he did, whether in the military or in business.

 

In his free time, Rich enjoyed watching and playing various sports, running, and playing poker. He found joy in keeping both his mind and body active through the spirit of competition.

 

Rich is survived by his wife, Rose, and their children, Leighna, Alec, and Bryan. He shared a loving marriage with Rose for nearly 35 years. Rich's family and friends will dearly miss him.

 

A celebration of Rich's life will be held towards the end of April (https://celebrationofRichard.rsvpify.com).
