In Loving Memory of Dawson Parker DeBolt

 

March 3, 2003 – June 1, 2026

 

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dawson Parker DeBolt, who went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 1, 2026 at the age of 23 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dawson passed away doing what he loved most–riding his motorcycle on a beautiful Colorado day. 

 

Dawson was born in Laramie, Wyoming, on March 3, 2003, to his loving parents, Mark and Connie DeBolt.

 

Dawson was a free spirit who enjoyed spending his time riding motorcycles, shooting, hiking, fishing, and cooking for Rhoda-creating countless, treasured memories with those he loved most. Dawson will always be remembered for his unwavering love and devotion to his fiancée, Rhoda, who he cherished deeply.

 

He was known for being a man of his word, his honesty, and for his quick wit and funny sarcasm that could make anyone smile. His favorite sayings were, “Peace!”, “In another life, bro”,“Nah, man!” and “Chat: are we cooked?!” Dawson also aspired to become a member of law enforcement, so he could protect and serve his community.

 

Dawson is survived by his fiancée, Rhoda; his dad, Mark (Linda); his sister, Allisyn (Darian); his adopted siblings, Uncle Frank and Aunt Darla; uncles: Tad (Betsy), David (Robin), Brian (Venita); multiple cousins, and many other family members.

 

Dawson was preceded in death by his mom, Connie; grandfathers: Max and Marty; grandma Andrea, and Aunt Randi.

 

Though deeply missed, “Dawsman” will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

 

Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service and reception on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 12:00PM at Woodmen Road Baptist Church: 7465 Horseshoe Rd Colorado Springs, CO 80923.
