David served 35 years in US Army Special Operations Forces. Three years as an Army Ranger and 32 years as a Green Beret
He is survived by his wife Claudia, his daughter Sarah, and his best bud Guido his mother Connie, sisters Lynn (Gary), Susan (David), brother Steve (Lisa), Uncle Terry (Lana), aunts Sally, Eleanor and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father LTC James Moseley Johnston.
