Tim Miller was born in Pekin, Illinois on February 13th, 1948.  He lived in Pekin with his parents, Merna and Ed, and his brother Bob until he left his beloved Pekin for college, first at Parsons College (1966), and then at the University of Denver in Colorado (1968) where he met his wife Patricia.
